There are also a surprising number of websites that claim to provide you with information on “legitimate” work-at-home jobs – for a fee of course! Avoid such websites.
6. Do not trust “get-rich-quick” schemes. If you’re offered a high-income for a simple part time job – be careful; this is likely to be a scam. Most people get drawn in by such claims.
7. Contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for information on the company - The Better Business Bureau’s website will give also give you information on complaints, (if any), in relation to the company. And if you require information on commission actions, contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
8. There are plenty of ways for you to earn a lucrative income by working in the comfort of your own home – but it’s important not to get carried away or cheated by money-making-schemes. Be smart and choose wisely when it comes to your work-at-home options.
